Shipping Policy
1) The retailer is responsible for choosing the relevant shipping option:
- As of writing (Sep2023) Link’s courier is TNT/Fedex.
- Link does not guarantee next-day delivery, especially by Aust Post. Please assess the service Aust Post and TNT/FedEx offer in your area as part of your planning for your customers.
2) Handling charges:
- On 1 Sep 2023. A handling charge will be levied on all orders less than 4 items or $100.
3) Order cut off:
- Couriers commence pickup from 2.00pm weekdays. All Orders placed after 2.00pm will go out the next business day or on a best-efforts basis.
